• You received a wrong item
• You received a wrong size
• You received a wrong color

We do not issue refund & return in conditions below:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong size or the wrong address)
• Few items such as underwear, panties, etc are not eligible for return
